Apply for an Associate Degree

FALL 2012 DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN THE STUDENT SERVICES BUILDING ROOM 110.  M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm.  

***ALL FEES MUST BE PAID INCLUDING FEES FOR A FUTURE SEMESTER IN ORDER FOR YOUR DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE TO BE RELEASED.****

Notes for success

  • ALL CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE EVALUATIONS OFFICE WILL BE TO YOUR STUDENT EMAIL ONLY.
  • Please apply in the semester in which you will be completing your degree/certificate requirements.
  • Please submit a separate application for each degree/certificate if you are applying for multiple degrees/certificates.
  • Students may not earn an AA and an AS in the same program.
  • Diplomas and Certificates are available for pick up approximately two months after the semester has completed.  Students will be notified by their student email when the final evaluation is completed.
  • A student who applies and does not meet all degree requirements for the term requested, will be required to reapply in the semester in which all requirements will be met.
  • For the Commencement Ceremony, honors designation will be awarded to those who achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher at the end of the Fall semester.

Fall 2013 - December 14, 2013

Spring 2014 - March 7, 2014 to guarantee your name in the commencement program if you are eligible.

May 2, 2014 - Last day to apply for Spring 2014
