Official Transcripts

Current and former Modesto Junior College students can order their official transcript with online convenience through the National Student Clearinghouse.   You can order as many transcripts in one online session using any major credit card.  Registration is free; you pay only for the transcripts you order.  Whenever you order a transcript, you will receive real-time updates by email.  You can also track your order on the transcript ordering web site.

Express	$22.25	Same business day          plus USPS mailing time if request is received prior to 12 noon.	Transcript may be picked up the same business day if the request is received prior to 4:30pm with photo ID.

Option 1 - Online Request
Current students and alumni can now conveniently request their official transcripts throught the National Clearinghouse, www.studentclearinghouse.org.  This option is highly recommended.  Two free lifetime official (regular process) IS NOT available with this option (see Option 3 - Mail Request).

Option 2 - In Person Request
The Records Office is located at 435 College Avenue, Student Services Building, Modesto, CA.  For your convenience, there is a computer located in the Records Office to request the official transcript online.  Two free lifetime official (regular process) IS NOT available with this option (see Option 3 - Mail Request).

Option 3 - Mail Request
This option is for current students and alumni who prefer to mail their official transcript request.  Once completed, student can mail the request to Modesto Junior College Enrollment Services with appropriate payment, if applicable.  Two FREE lifetime official (regular process) ARE available with this option.  Only regular service, mail or hold, is available with mail requests.  Transcripts will be processed in ten (10) working days. If payment required, include check or money order w/ request. Additional Transcript Information:
     > Transcripts will not be processed if student has an outstanding obligation with the college.
     > "Hold for final grade(s)' or 'hold for posting of degree/certificate' requests are not accepted.
     > Transcripts cannot be faxed.
     > Transcripts are mailed through the US Postal Service.
     > Only Modesto Junior College coursework will be included on transcript.
     > Fees must be paid at time of request.
     > Transcript telephone requests are not accepted.
