Provide students with access and education to effectively use services to support achievement of their educational goals.

Support Service Learning Outcome (SSLO):

    1. Students will successfully register via PiratesNet:
      Conduct registration workshops to reduce the number of students who register in person by 10%.
    2. Students will interpret placement test codes:
      Utilize a tutorial video to reduce the number of students who interpret the placement test codes incorrectly by 10%.
    3. Students will have an increased understanding of the academic renewal eligibility requirements:
      Conduct academic renewal workshops to reduce the percentage of ineligible students who apply for academic renewal by 10%.
