Mental Health Services

Modesto Junior College Health Services is staffed full-time by registered nurses. Students are seen by nurses on a walk-in basis. Mental Health therapy and physician services are also available by appointment and require a referral by the nurse. Walk-in mental health therapy visits may also be available. Nurses, physicians, and therapists will evaluate and treat most minor, temporary physical and/or emotional conditions that require short-term care.

FLOW: Free Lunch on Wednesdays on east and west campuses.
Food Pantry: Free food boxes and hygiene/toiletry products given on a first-come, first-served basis on east and west campuses.
Emanuel Lutheran Church at 324 College Ave: Provides a free hot breakfast and a variety of food pantry items.

You may visit with a MJC Counselor.  Counselors are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Visit the Counseling Center on East Campus, Student Services Building Room 226 or West Campus, Yosemite Hall 147 for immediate assistance.
