New tools are coming for students to prepare for initial assessment & for skill refreshment in advance of reassessments. Utilizing these tools may eliminate the 60 day waiting period for reassessment.
The prerequisite challenge process is for students who want a higher class and wish to challenge a class they feel is below their skill level. Students who do not agree with their English, Math, or ESL placement recommendation cannot enroll into a higher level class without either retesting (if available) or submitting a prerequisite challenge.
