Program Overview
A noncredit Certificate of Competency: Proficiency in Arithmetic. This sequence of
noncredit basic arithmetic courses is designed to prepare students for higher level
courses by providing students with a foundation in arithmetic. Completion of this
certificate also benefits students in other programs or careers where knowledge of
fundamental arithmetic concepts is essential for success.
