Overview
The Real Estate Program is designed to provide the skills necessary for salespersons
and other workers in the real estate field. Courses cover principles and practices
of real estate, sales, financing, appraisal, escrow, and legal aspects of real estate.
The courses fulfill the state education requirements for the salesperson and/or brokers
licensing exams. For additional information on real estate licensing requirements,
students should visit the California Bureau of Real Estate at http://www.bre.ca.gov/.
Classes are also designed to upgrade the skills of persons already working in the
real estate or escrow field(s).
