Extended Hours During the First Week of Spring 2026 Classes
To ensure students have the support they need during the busy start of this Spring
2026 semester, the Enrollment Services (Admissions) counter in the Student Services Building and Financial Aid office in Yosemite Hall will offer extended business hours January 12, 2026 through January 16, 2026. Extended
hours are designed to make it easier for students to access the resources they need
without worrying about time constraints. Stop by the offices on East or West campus
for helpful personalized support.
Enrollment Services staff will be available to assist students with:
- Class registration
- Schedule adjustments
- Connecting with resources
- Resolving enrollment issues
Financial Aid staff will also be on hand to answer questions
- Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Disbursement timelines
- Provide assistance with completing required forms

- Open 8 am-6 pm Monday-Thursday and 8-5 pm Friday
- Open 8 am-6 pm Monday-Thursday and 8 am-5 pm Friday
- Open 8 am-5 pm Monday-Thursday and 10 am-2 pm Friday
