Don't delay your income tax returns.

The 1098-T (Tuition Payments Statement) tax forms will be available on line for those students who give consent to receive the tax form electronically. Eliminate the worry of misdirected or mislaid forms that will delay completion of your income tax returns.

To receive 1098-T tax information electronically, provide your consent by:

• Log onto Self-Service
• Choose student Tax Information
• Choose the 1098 tab and select the button for 1098-T Electronic Consent
• Verify that your social security number/taxpayer ID and current address are correct

If consent is not given, a 1098-T tax form will be mailed to the permanent address on file. 1098-T Information Forms will be available electronically, for retrieval by January 31, 2025.

Verify your social security number or taxpayer ID and current address. This will prevent any incorrect information being reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
