Avoid being dropped from Spring courses

The deadline Spring 2026 Drop for Non-Payment deadline is January 6, 2025. Students must pay outstanding balance by 01/05/2026 by 5:00pm to avoid being dropped for non-payment.

To avoid being dropped for non-payment complete one of the following options:

• Apply for and receive Financial Aid assistance.
  • FAFSA, CADAA, California Promise Grant (CCGP), Modesto Junior College Promise
  • Complete a General Student Petition and select the Drop for non-payment exemption petition option.
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the student petition option.
• Set up a payment plan.
• Pay fees and establish a zero-dollar balance by Monday, January 05, 2026 by 5:00pm.

If fees remain unpaid students will be dropped from all classes on Tuesday, January 6, 2025.
