Healthy Living Event Series, Fall 2025

The Healthy Living Series provides a virtual platform that allows experts to share their professional
expertise. The goal is to promote healthier living through engaging, informative presentations that are open to the public. All presentations are held virtually (Zoom) from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on the dates listed below. September 16th  |  Talk Saves Lives 

Join us with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Board Chair, Central Valley Edward Sperry and Jori Martinez AFSP Co-Chair, Central Valley for a powerful discuss how we could save lives and support those affected by suicide. Because YOU matter.

October 14th  |  Imposter Syndrome: You're More Capable Than You Think

El Concilio California's very own Gabriela Palos Ravines, Youth Behavioral Health Outreach Coordinator, El Concilio California, M.S. Counseling Student (PPS & PCC), Stanislaus State, will explore how to recognize and overcome imposter syndrome and build self-confidence. 
Because YOU are more capable than you think.

November 5th  |  Somatic Healing

Local Community Hospice & Health Services Erica White, LCSW, RYT-200, Mental Health Clinician will discuss how to heal stress and trauma using body-based practices. 
Because healing starts within.
