The Electronic Music Concert will feature original electronic music compositions created
by student composers from the Modesto Junior College Music Technology Program and
member of the MJC Electronic Music Club. The student composers featured will be Isaiah
Barron, Eloy Bazan, Rylee Crutchfield, Trevor Dias, Joseph Haywood, Viet Huan Le,
Cole Nykoluk, Diana Olthof, Isaac Sandoval and Julien Zavala. The music will be created
using computers, synthesizers, samplers and digital effects. Some of the compositions
will be live performances while some are pre-recorded. Visuals will be presented project
on the planetarium dome. MJC Music Technology Director, David Dow, will also present
an original electronic music composition.
