Science Colloquium presents Sustainable Winegrowing

Want to learn more about sustainability and winegrowing?

Come to the next Science Colloquium presentation on November 6th in the Science Community Center, Rm. 115 at 3:15pm. Dr. Stephanie L. Bolton, Ph.D., is the Director of Research & Education Director and Sustainable Winegrowing at the Lodi Winegrape Commission, and she will be discussing sustainable winegrowing in the Lodi area.

As one of Wine Enthusiast magazine's "Future 40" for her contributions to sustainable wine growing and viticulture science, Dr. Bolton will focus on viticultural studies of sustainability, exploring agricultural biodiversity, grapevine viruses, and rootstocks and discuss the LODI RULES program, a pioneering sustainable winegrowing initiative that certifies winegrowers who adhere to over 150 sustainable practices.
