Students planning on completing their degree or certificate requirements in the Fall
2026 semester are eligible to apply for completion of their award. Applications for
a degree or certificate for the Fall 2026 semester must be submited by Friday, November 6, 2026 by 5:00pm. Applications should be submitted when enrolled in the final course(s) to complete
program requirements.
It is highly recommended students meet with a counselor to ensure all program requirements have been met. Confirm eligibility for each award
by looking at the "Requirements" tab in the Starfish degree plan.
If requesting a course substitution, meet with a counselor for guidance and advisement on the process. Once the course substitution request
is reviewed by the applicable division office, the Evaluations Office will notify
students with the results. It is highly recommended students submit course substitution
requests at the beginning of the semester they expect to complete their degree requirements
to avoid any delays in the processing of the application.
