*Your application must be submitted by March 7, 2025 for your name to be published in the Commencement Program.
Review the requirements for degrees and/or certificates before applying. You can confirm eligibility for each award by looking at the degree planner in Starfish. It is highly recommended you meet with a counselor to ensure you have met all program requirements.
To request a Course Substitution we reccommend meeting with a counselor. Once your course substitution is reviewed by the division office, please be sure your request is submitted to the Evaluations Office. It is highly recommended you submit your course substitution request at the beginning of the semester in which you expect to complete your degree requirements to avoid any delays in the processing of your application.
Other College Transcripts: Coursework from regionally accredited colleges and universities is accepted by MJC to fulfill degree and certificate requirements. Make sure all official transcripts (if applicable) have been submitted to Enrollment Services.
