The Business Hub is located in Founders Hall rooms 114, 116 and 118. Room. 114 is a lab that welcomes any MJC student and is supported by staff that are trained to assist Business and Business Information Technology (BIT) Students. The Lab has 38 computer stations, two of which are equipped for wheelchair accessibility. Every station is equipped with its own headset. The lab also has 2 study tables where students may either study individually or in groups. The lab is equipped with 2 black and white printers that are accessible from each computer station. The Lab's purpose is to provide a space for any MJC student to use a computer, print or study as space permits. Please note that this lab is not a quiet study area, those are located in the Library. No appointments are necessary. All assistance is drop-in only, for both in-person and online assistance. Room 116 has an office and conference room and Room 118 is a student lounge with tables and chairs for studying and collaborating in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Students in any of the BUSAD 200, 201, 202, 203, 305, 310, 320, and 350. classes may visit the Business Lab via Zoom during assistance office hours (Monday - Friday from 10:00AM -1:00PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM). For Fall and Spring Semesters, the Lab is open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Summer Lab Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Computer Science students can use the Magic Lab in the CAT Building.
