Meetings will take place every Tuesday from 1pm-2pm through December 9, 2025
MJC East Campus | Center for Advanced Technologies (CAT) 235
Positive Pause, brought to you by MJC Health Services, is a supportive and welcoming space created for MJC students. Each week important topics like anxiety, overcoming setbacks, self-care, healthy boundaries, stress management are discussed. MJC students have the chance to share experiences, connect with others, and learn practical coping skills that can help manage the many stressors of college life, and learn about support services on campus available to you.
During Positive Pause, attendees will practice mindful activities like painting, bracelet making, journaling, vision boarding, among other activities to help you relax, express yourself creatively, and recharge both mentally and emotionally. Drop-ins are welcome.
Focus on your mental and emotional well-being and find ongoing support and encouragement from your peers.
