Dual Enrollment Packet- This is the full Dual Enrollment packet with the Special Part-Time Petition for Advanced Admission and the fee waiver.
Fee Waiver - Payment gives you automatic membership in ASMJC (Associated Students of Modesto Junior College) and discounts. This optional $5 fee is automatically assessed. This form applied the credit for these fees to your student account.
Special Part-Time Petition for Advanced Admission - Students at least 14 years old planning to attend MJC and high school or junior high concurrently must submit this form to the Dual Enrollment Team or Enrollment Services after completing their admissions application online. The form must be signed by parent/guardian and school.
