ASC Application
We encourage all students that may benefit to join ASC. To apply first you need to
complete the MJC application and receive your student ID (W Number).
Complete these three steps:
- Complete ASC Application in Etrieve by logging in with your MJC student email address and password ASC Application Packet in Etrieve Forms
- Complete California Voter's Registration Statement in Etrieve Forms
- Submit the Verification of Disability (fillable form, already included in application packet)
After completing the Verification of Disability Form send it as an attachment to: mjcasc@yosemite.edu
