If you believe your identity has been compromised or stolen, you must follow the steps below:

Step 1

File a Police Report with your local police department.

Step 2

If someone has used your Social Security Number (SSN) to get a tax refund or a job, or you suspect your SSN has been stolen, alert the IRS using FORM 14039.

Step 3

Next, submit your Fraud claim by using the Bank Mobile Guide to Disputing Transactions.
