Wage& Income Transcript

Some students are required to submit a Wage & Income Transcript. Please confirm on your Financial Aid Document Checklist if you need to submit this document.

How to obtain a copy of your Wage & Income Transcript

Go to IRS website
Choose to "Get Transcript ONLINE" (immediately), OR "Get Transcript by MAIL" (5 to 10 days)
Follow steps on the IRS website to complete the request
Select Wage & Income Transcript for the appropriate year

Form 4506-T, to access form click on 4506-T
Be sure to select OPTION 8 on the 4506-T form
You can MAIL or FAX form. Instructions on 2nd page of 4506-T form
