What is the Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS)?

EOPS supports eligible student who may experience educational or economic barriers. Start by reviewing the eligibility requirements below.

The Spring 2027 application opens October 5, 2026. Stay Tuned! 

EOPS Eligibility 

To be eligible to apply for EOPS, students must meet all three (3) of the following criteria:

  1. Be receiving a BOG/CCPG Fee Waiver (Type A or B) as part of their financial aid
  2. Be a California resident
  3. Have completed fewer than 70 degree-applicable units

Please note: Students who are already active participants in the EOPS Program DO NOT need to reapply.
