Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOP&S) is a Student Services support program that assists students whose educational and socioeconomic backgrounds might limit their access to higher education or hinder their ability to be academically successful in their college-level studies.

Spring 2025 EOPS application is now closed. Please stay tuned for out Fall 2-25 EOPS application.
In order to be eligible to apply, student must meet the following criteria:
1. You must be receiving a BOG/CCPG fee waiver type A or B (this is a piece of your
financial aid)
2. You must be a resident of CA
3. You must have completed fewer than 70 degree applicable units.
If you do not meet the above criteria, you will receive an error message when you
click on the application and you will be unable to submit. Additionally, if you are
not eligible based on specific EOPS eligibility criteria, you will receive an error
message and you will be unable to submit.
If you are eligible to submit an application, you will receive an email confirmation
from etrieve shortly after submission.

red link on the application and read through the EOPS Orientation slides. These slides
contain important information about the support our program provides, additional programs
within EOPS, and information about what's expected of you during your time in EOPS.
