MJC partners with Black Honors College at CSU Sacramento
On June 13th, MJC's Vice President of Student Services, Dr. Andrea Wilson, attended the Juneteenth Symposium at California State University Sacramento for the Black Honors College Signing Ceremony. The ceremony memorialized a long term partnership between the Black Honors College at Sacramento State and 15 community colleges (listed below). The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement marked the first step in addressing unique programs and opportunities with each community college while simultaneously improving the transfer pipeline by establishing guaranteed-enrollment partnerships between several community colleges and Sac State’s Black Honors College, the nation’s first.
