Who needs to provide transcripts?

If you plan to earn a certificate or an Associate Degree and have attended another college institution please submit an official transcript to:

          Modesto Junior College
          Enrollment Services
          435 College Avenue
          Modesto CA 95350-5800

Course(s) you have completed at another college institution may be used to satisfy a Modesto Junior College course prerequisite(s). In addition to submitting your official transcript, complete the Transfer Work Evaluation Form indicating which course(s) you need evaluated before you are scheduled to register.
