Questions submitted here should be brief. This service is not designed to request formal degree evaluations. If you have questions such as, "What is required to graduate with a degree and transfer?” it is recommend that you visit with a counselor in person so that you can receive a more thorough explanation of what is needed. Online/phone appointments are available on a limited basis during fall and spring semesters. These appointments are designed for students who live outside of the Modesto area or have challenges that make it difficult to make it to campus during normal business hours. Our staff will help you decide if an online appointment will work for you.

A Modesto Junior College Counselor will respond to your questions as soon as possible (usually within two working days). If you are requesting information during busy registration periods, the response time may be a bit slower.
